Welcome back to yet another Toonami Squad Gaming Zone System Update for the week of July 19th 2021!
A couple of things I want to talk about before we get to the schedule are two news pieces. First up, Nickelodeon All Star Brawl was recently announced to be coming this fall to Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S! It was confirmed that the game will include wavedashing and rollback on supported platforms. If I’m being honest, the game does look good and it might be a competent Smash Bros clone but we’ll have to wait and see if this game will live up to the meme hype.
Second, the Nintendo Switch OLED model went up for preorder on Thursday, July 15th and it sold out at most retailers within an hour. Thankfully, I snagged the last preorder at my local GameStop!
Now for the schedule: all future games after Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword HD will be rotated around so we can get through every game we get in the office.
