It seems Toonami’s numbers have finally stabilized as none of the shows dipped below 600k in total viewership. However, there was one anomaly on the block. “Naruto Shippuden” and “One Piece” brought in similar total numbers for the first time in a while. Not only that, for once the Straw-Hats actually beat Shippuden on the 18-49 demographic. Something that hasn’t been seen since… Well, ever.
As usual, “One-Punch Man” and “Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans” made it on Saturday’s Top 10 Original Cable Telecasts. However, they didn’t get their usual ranking spots due to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Saitama took 3rd place, while Barbatos took 4th.
