Toonami released the schedules for August 14 and 21 when Fena: Pirate Princess joins the block, and confirms that Food Wars: The Fourth Plate will indeed be a part of the lineup.

With the completion of Dr. Stone season 2 along with the premiere of Fena: Pirate Princess and the season finale of Food Wars: The Third Plate on the horizon, fans have wondered what the schedule will look like. In particular, whether Toonami will be continuing Food Wars! with The Fourth Plate shortly, or if the show will be going into an “offseason”, as is the case presently with the likes of Assassination Classroom.

Wednesday morning, Toonami revealed the schedule for the block that will take effect on August 14 and 21 respectively.

As previously mentioned, Fena: Pirate Princess will begin its 11-episode run with a doubleheader of the first two episodes from Midnight to 1:00 a.m. Eastern/Pacific. My Hero Academia will move down the schedule to air 1:00 a.m. for a week, while Black Clover will return from its 2-week hiatus at 2:00 a.m. As we reported before, this is being done in part to allow Black Clover’s dubbing crew additional time to dub episodes.

The big news revealed was that Toonami has confirmed that they will be continuing Food Wars with The Fourth Plate beginning on August 21 at 1:30 a.m. Eastern/Pacific. My Hero Academia will move back up the schedule to air at 12:30 a.m, while Yashahime will air at 1:00 a.m.

The final two episodes of Food Wars’ third season, The Third Plate will be airing as a doubleheader this upcoming Saturday, July 31 from 1:30-2:30 a.m. Eastern/Pacific. The following week, August 8, Toonami will have a marathon of Harley Quinn season 1 in commemoration of the release of The Suicide Squad that same week.
